Moving to Kansas City, MO--good part of town?

I say downtown rocks, eh, no dog park unless U pack up fido and go to the river park. Try the condos by the nelson gallery just east of the plaza, close to everything in the city, some 30 minutes to dead Olathe. cheap now and the hollow, parks and lawn are Dog friendly. Welcome to Kansas City chica. PS, anything Kansas side is ALL suburban and 30 plus family scene
