11DPO pink watery spotting, is anyone got this and got BFP later?

Here's my update, I am 11dpo today. My temp when I woke up was 99.2. My Temp this cycle is running between 98.9 to 99.2 do u think this is something I could put my hopes up? I went to potty this morning at 9am, when I wipe there was pink watery spotting on the tp only. I put on some pad thought of AF is here. Now it is 9pm, pad is still clean no spotting only when I wipe. It looks like fresh pink blood no CM though. Do u Think this is AF? I have 5 days to go and I am afraid that this is AF coming so early. I dont understand we timed our baby danced so well. I just hope this is still implantation spotting. My BB's is not as quite as sore now, cramps in the lower pelvic still linger, a different kind of cramps because my AF cramps is around at mybelly or nabel area but this cramps is around the vag. area, sorry. I cried when I see neg test on HPT. Is something wrong with me? I just got checked out few months ago Doc said im perfectly healthy and should have no problem in conceiving. but here I am 4 years in trying with no luck yet. Anyone is in the same boat with me?
