Horoscope experts please lol?

Are they so straightforward? im dealing with one now and he has shut down from me completely! i've tried everything from nice to aggressive and this man will not tell me a thing. i know he's having a lot of financial and personal issues..! however say something! if i ignore him he's all in my face to say hi..if im short in conversation with him, he doesn't like that at all..not long ago i texted him saying ' if you don't want me to text you just say it'! and he replies 'not everything is a personal attack on you"?! what?? ..any experiences or advice, opinions...thx
