Capitol one: Image card?

I Plan on signing up for one tommorow & have a quick question! The website i go to get my anime images on (danbooru) gives links to the artists site/upload pages and most of them go to PIXIV. on none of the authors page it says nothing about copyright, so is it safe to ume theyre not?
