Help, this is making me breakdown....need advice?

From a guys point of view I would say that the reason he is being mean to you is because he does have feelings for you but is unsure if you feel the same. So by being mean to you he's trying to trick his mind into getting rid of those feelings by pointing out constant negativity towards you. He's still calling to hang out because he obviously still likes you duh! lol. Another point towards him liking you is that he seemed distant from when you told him that you were in a brief relationship. In my opinion he might of felt as if he wasn't good enough for you and it got him feeling down. My advice would be talk to him about it because only he can tell you what's really going on. Obviously you do feel something for him too even it be small or you wouldn't be asking the question :p.
