Where, in the Bible does God describe Hell?

I'm talking about Almighty God. Not Jesus. I know there is that one account where Jesus talks about lazarus and the rich man and it sounds like the rich man is in a place of conscious torment, But I believe that is symbolic of the condition the pharisee's would experience while still alive...So I guess what I'm asking is - Is there any verses in the Hebrew scriptures where God is talking and describes hell? I prefer answers, not responses, please. Thank you!
