On antibiotics for bronchitis and wondering about my 3 month old son...?

I don't think he's feeling well now, he's out of sorts - he won't let me put him down, sleeping more, and just seems off. I'll call doc in AM, but I'm wondering if he's getting any of the antibiotics I'm taking in a way that will help him if he's getting sick. Ie, will the antibiotics help him if he gets sick to? Thanks
