Damages during eviction process?

i won an eviction which the tenant didn't show up in court and he has until nov.7th 2008 to move out before the sheriff will pyshical remove him made a walk thru inspection shortly before to inspect the premise for damages which none were evident , now as the place looked empty i posted another 24 notice to inspect and show the property to a future tenant his keys were left on the kitchen counter even thru he has a few more boxes etc. to move and noticed holes punched in the walls and interior doors kicked in. then on the way out he showed up and said he still lives there and has until the 7th. so my question is ! is there any way to get him out faster as he continues to damage the place? don't mention to sue monetary as he already owes me several thousands in back rent and they don't have money or and it looks as either they will file bankrupty. any help is welcome
