Genetics question?

In turner syndrome, how does the genotype arise, is it a result of non-disjunction, was it inherited from mom or dad and what are the chances of a couple that already had a child with turner syndrome that they will have another one with the condition. Oh and also what is the chances that the childs children becoming affected and or a carrier
