How do I do this without cursing?

All right, so there is this girl I know who does nothing but cuss and put people down. No one has done anything about it. Thing is, no one likes her (except her 'friends') and we always talk about how she is a, pardon my language; a *****. I would like to tell her ertively how bothersome she is without cussing or sounding like a ***** myself. And maybe throw in a couple of taunts here and there. But that's it. Thank you!
