"MVP" is not synonym of "best player"?

Lebron will win the MVP award if the voters get it right. He's done just as much as Kobe with less, (both teams 51-13) although both Cleveland and Los Angeles are elite teams. His individual stats are also better than Bryants across the board with the exception of free throw shooting and three-point field goal percentage. Most Valuable Player award goes to the player who's individual brilliance stands out DESPITE being on an elite team, and who's individual performance is the most noteworthy component to the teams success. Both Kobe and Lebron fit that mold. So the next criteria for MVP should be the player with the better overall individual perfomance.....King James
