There's no lead in railroad tracks. Tracks get dust and dirt on them, just like anything will if you leave it out in the open uncovered. Tracks are made from steel and it powders off as trains run on it. It also rusts, as you can see on tracks that haven't been used in a while--tracks that are used are shiny, tracks that aren't used are dusty and dull. Neither of those things will hurt you if you eat a little bit. So I wouldn't worry.
