Is this one reason China is out producing America and many other parts of the world?

Christianity is growing in China. While there I was able to visit several Christian run businesses and learned how they differ from a majority of other businesses in China. The people we talked to in those companies, even when they were not "Christian" by faith, lived by the same moral and expectations of the Christian owners. These values were expected of the employees, and the employees gained a lot of respect toward their employers because of the treatment within the company. You see, in a standard Chinese company, the employee is like a number, nothing more, but in the Christian companies, they are treated with respect and concern for their personal well being. This can make a huge difference in the day to day operations of the company. Does it make a difference, yes. Could it be part of why Chinese companies are doing better, maybe.
