Will I still grow muscles if i lift weights and take kickboxing cles?

Yes, you will grow muscles if you lift weights and start to take kickboxing cles, if you train hard every day or so for kick boxing you'll grow strong muscles in your legs. Lifting weights crushes your bones meaning you'll stop growing or grow slower but you'll grow muscles, if you over strain your self yes you will burn your cardio's. so yes you will still grow muscles. and plus if you've only been doing it for 2 weeks of course theres not much result it takes longer then that to gain muscle (depending how many times you do it a week)
