Will my and my girlfriend get back together>?

we took a break because we treated eachother like ****. she slept with someone else and she told me. i was forced to tell her what i did in the past when i was doing alot of drugs. i slept with another girl a few times and another girl, but my girlfriend drove me to do this. i am fighting for her love and telling her that i am changing. i told her mom and explained that nothing will ever happen again. is there hope for us? she texed me at 3 in the morning telling me she was hurt. that was the first text in days..does she still care? weve been tgether for almost 2 years. everyone is telling me to give it time. what does that mean? no texts..no calls. nothing??
