Will pcod disappear? Ovulation problem?

1 year back i have PCOD problem and doctor suggested me to take krimpson -35 for 3 months and after 3 months my periods were regular... Presently am in Newjersey... suddenly again problem with regular periods... Doctor suggested me to take provera for 10 days and pelvic sonogram test.... got my periods but Doctor said i dont have any PCOD..and am not ovulating regularly. will this report shows exact result or not?... but i gain my weight of 5 kgs.... previously i have acne problem... but not it totally disappeared... Will PCOD totally disappeared? Could anybody pls help me..
