Whats with his parents,?

i have been with my man nearly 9 years now and he has had no contact with his family in that time (not through want of me trying to get him to call them )hes asian i am white with children from a diff relationship. he is now back in contact with his family and they hate me really hate me and my children .my man has taken on my children as his own and the love each other dearly and his parents want to ruin iti want him to have a relationship with his family abut i do not want our family life to suffer because of it..they will not speak to me if i answer the phone they are blunt and distant. surely getting to know me would be easier than pushing me away and making there sons life hell... i am non existant when it come to other members of his family he isnt allowed to say wheres hes been or what hes been doing for the past 9 years... i feel worthless... why should it be like that... i know there very set in there ways and the reason my man left home 9 years ago was because they wanted to arrange his marriage and now there trying to do the same thing gggrrrr what do i do any suggestions would be great thanks..cc..
